Warranty Policy

All of these warranty benefits give you limited warranty rights from Gadgetbox.com.bd or the manufacturer or brand for a specified period on the product description page. Limited warranty period starts from gadgetbox.com.bd. The limited warranty applies only to physical products and physical products purchased from gadgetbox.com.bd.

1. The applicable warranty period starts anytime after the date of purchase, delivery or installation (later defined) for each relevant product.
2. If you encounter any problems during the valid warranty period, please contact us or the service center to get the service.
3. You must show the original customer copy of the invoice or cash memo to authenticate your purchase.


Warranty type:

1. Brand Warranty: In the case of brand warranty, customers are requested to contact the brand authorized customer service point obtained after sales service. You can contact Gadgetbox.com.bd customer support directly. We will ensure your product collection and securely contact the brand on your behalf to get a warranty for your services. Once your product has been successfully serviced, we will return the product to you from certain brand authorized service providers.

2. SERVICE WARRANTIES: The service warranty keeps any material defects under normal use during the warranty period. The following conditions apply to the following warranties:
A. Any defective issue will be subject to service warranty coverage after payment of any service fee. If the problem is not caused by the user / customer. (For example – product defective problems or battery drain problems or power supply problems will be covered by the warranty).

B. Any accidental problem will void the warranty of service. (For example – broken body or part, bending, scratch, dent, burn, wet or liquid damage, will not be covered by warranty).


How to get warranty service?

If the product does not act as a warranty during the warranty period, you can obtain warranty service by contacting gadgetbox.com.bd customer support at +8801836-552277 or support@gadgetbox.com.bd.

In the case of mobile phones, tablets, desktops or laptops; You must reset your device and keep a proper data backup before sending the device. Gadgetbox.com.bd will not be liable for any data loss.

Gadgetbox.com.bd will run quality control tests to ensure the validity of product complaints. If the complaint or issue appears to be valid, gadgetbox.com.bd will take appropriate action to correct the reported issue. Gadgetbox.com.bd may send the product to their authorized dealer for expert opinion.

The servicing process can take 7-30 working days depending on the type of product.
If any additional parts are required to fully ensure the effectiveness of the product, you (customer) need to pay the advance price via development / cash, once contact Gadgetbox.com.bd. If the parts do not fall within the warranty period.

If your product is invalid on arrival, or otherwise eligible for return and replacement, you can call gadgetbox.com.bd at +8801836-552277 for a 24 hour delivery for return or replacement. For other communication options, check out our Return and Replacement Policy for more information.

In an event where more than 24 hours have elapsed since the delivery of the product, you can no longer claim a refund or replacement of the product you purchased. However, if the product has a warranty, it will be included in the packaging and can be used to claim the product warranty. All you have to do to claim warranty service is to make a call to our customer service. Customer will bear the pick-up and delivery charges when we deliver the service products.


Violation of warranty:

Self-repair, broken display, bending, scratch, dent, burn, wet or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manuals and the like are not limited to customer induced damage.


Do I have to pay for repairs?

1. If your product is within the warranty period and is damaged by a mechanical or electrical system, you do not have to worry about repair costs. You will be covered.
2. If your product is out of warranty period or is physically damaged, you will be liable for repair costs.


This warranty will not cover the following reasons:

1. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents.
2. Consumables such as batteries, or accessories such as accessories unless the product is damaged by an error in the product or damaged work unless
3. Damage by services performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of gadgetbox.com.bd.
4. Before submitting a complaint to gadgetbox.com.bd, a product has been damaged or altered.
5. Modification or service by anyone other than the warranty seller / brand / manufacturer.

6. Failure or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, accident, modification, power surges, improper maintenance, unsuitable physical or operating environment, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, natural disasters, or other acts of nature or external causes.
7. Damage due to not using product according to the product information materials or user guides.
8. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
9. If any customer gets servicing done by any unauthorized third party service provider, then the service warranty will become void even if the duration has not yet expired.
